The girls receive their personalised makeovers. Louise refuses to walk in underwear and an argument leaves Stefanie in floods of tears, when they see what she's really like. Stefanie claims she has ADHD and doesn't take medication, however the other girls claim she is using this as an excuse. The photoshoot involved the contestants modelling outfits in a crane-held box.
